2011 Snowmobile Safety Class
This year at the 2011 Youth Snowmobile Safety classes we had 14 students attend the classes and tested on Saturday morning October 29th 2011. There were also 7 students who took the CD Course and were tested. Thank you to ALL the Volunteers that taught the class this year. Harv Lindstrom, Lisa Cummings, Scott Cummings, Darla Johnson, Jack Hinsley & Julie Hinsley. We also had volunteers Paul Johnson, Mark Steinmueller and Dick Fox help with the Saturday morning road test and part identification. We are happy to announce the “Streak” is still intact. All kids passed their test. GREAT JOB VOLUNTEERS!
The classes consist of eight hours of classroom and then a field exercise day.
A parent or legal guardian must attend the pre-registration to sign permission
slips for each student.
The cost of the class is $10.00 per student. The fee will be payable at the
pre-registration. The class will be open to the first 40 registered students. If
the class fills up and there is enough interest, there will be a second class
scheduled.
Kids MUST bring the
voucher from the CD course in order to take their final test and driving
test!!
